However, because fatigue can be caused by a multitude of factors, it's important to approach the problem from many different directions. Even though fatigue during menopause is likely a product of hormonal imbalance, there are other steps that a woman can take to boost her energy at any stage in life. For instance, studies have shown that about 80% of people have low levels of magnesium. Magnesium deficiencies can lead to fatigue. Therefore, magnesium supplements, often in the form of vitamin B injections can help with fatigue.
So, to best combat fatigue, blend a bit of East with West, acupuncture with vitamins, and enjoy a revitalized energy level.
