Ladies

Irregular periods often come without warning, and can consequently interfere significantly with a women's daily life. Women going through menopause are considered the most likely to experience irregular menstruation cycles. This is because during the stage preceding menopause, known as perimenopause, hormone production fluctuates and decreases, triggering a woman's periods to become irregular.

It is possible to experience irregular periods which then become regular again, but this is unlikely. Because it is impossible to dictate your irregular periods, here are a few ways to help you cope with irregular periods with confidence and grace.

Regular exercise will release endorphins into your body that will help to keep you happy and healthy. The happier you are, and the more prepared your body is for hormonal changes, the less likely you are to find these symptoms causing a significant impact on your life. Fit more exercise into your day by going for a 30 minute walk around your neighborhood, or at a local park. Exercising for 30 minutes, five times a week will help increase your energy levels and keep you going on even the toughest days.
