Many menopausal women report that, after using a natural supplement and switching to a healthier lifestyle, the intensity and frequency of their hot flashes decreases. However, for those who are suffering from extreme hot flashes, there are some other medical treatments available as well.

  • Blood pressure medications. Some blood pressure medicines can help treat hot flashes.
