Dizziness during Periods: A Cause for Concern?

  • Drink tea. Ginger is an excellent herb for calming the stomach and dispelling nausea, and it can also prevent dizziness. Drinking a ginger tea during your period can also help soothe cramping because of its anti-inflammatory properties.

  • Lie down. If you feel dizziness coming on, it may be helpful to lie down for a few minutes, drink a glass of water, and take deep breaths to prevent falling.
