• Put an end to negative thoughts – Think positively. Think: “I can do this.”
• Pay attention to anxiety – When experiencing anxiety or stress, pay attention to the symptoms. Often anxiety can spiral down and make itself worse. Know what you are dealing with.
• Relax – Read, sun bathe, take a bath, walk, have a glass of wine, take some time just to relax.
