Do you eat and exercise like your doctor tells you? If not, it may be worth trying before settling for thinner hair. Get a hat.
It may sound obvious, but when nothing else works, or you are still waiting for results, cover-up is key. If hats aren’t your thing, buy a wig or bandana. Or try deceiving the eye with a fun hairstyle.
