Exercise – A program of exercise may be challenging with the disorder but research has suggested that it is the best way to deal with problems as it keeps your body healthy and active.

Treat problems – Things such as depression, pain, sleep problems, allergies and low blood pressure and nervous system problems can take an effect and using some drugs can be beneficial for treating chronic fatigue syndrome.
