Midlife is often difficult for women. Women often have the bear the weight of the whole family and years of stress coupled financial problems, health problems and an array of many other problems can make middle age difficult for anyone.
Exercise, dance, eating correctly can all have a great affect upon the mind and the body. A holistic lifestyle can make the transition seem clearer and easier.
